Room with TV in a big house near bus stop

The bedroom has own TV (antenna+chromecast) and view over a lake through the window. The house is on a calm street with good communications to/from the town and just a few kilometers to the central city and the university. Nice kitchen, common areas and lots of space with 2 floors and a basement, over 300 sqm all together. The house has a large porch towards south, half with glass and half with open sky. Suitable for recreation and barbeque. Fast fiber internet and free parking outside the door. During your stay If I'm not at home, I am easy to reach anytime of the day and I'm often nearby in town if there should be anything.
