Our cosy 2 bedroom, pet friendly cottage is located in the heart of the Wolds and is perfect for relaxing with the whole family or with friends. The enclosed rear garden with outdoor dining space and lawn is perfect for coffee in the morning. There are plenty of walking/bicycle routes and our shed is available to store any bikes. Visit the local pubs and shops or take the short trip to the beach. There is a park to suit all ages, you can even stop by to see the ducks on the Mere along the way. The space Downstairs in the cottage you will find: Lounge with a sofa and arm chair, coffee table, Smart TV and boardgames. Open plan kitchen and dining area has a table with seating for 4. Fully equipped kitchen including fan oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Upstairs leads to: Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, clothes rail and mirror. Bathroom with large walk in shower, towel rail, wash basin, toilet and mirror. Bedlinen and towels included Central heating through the property Outside is a fully enclosed lawn and patio area with dining table and chairs. A large shed is also available at the rear of the garden to store bikes/ equipment. On street free parking to the front on the property Guest access Guests has access to the entire property. Other things to note This is a non smoking, non vaping property. Fast Wi-Fi available Please note that as this is a 150 year old cottage there are low ceilings in parts of the house.
