Enjoy the whole of Jarochova vila with your group. This Art Nouveau villa, built in 1907 and carefully renovated in 2025–2026, offers two separate apartments, four bedrooms and plenty of space to spend time together while still enjoying your privacy. Original stained-glass windows, an elegant salon, a cosy tower nook, a balcony and a large garden with a seasonal pool, gazebos and a fire pit make it a unique setting for families, friends and multi-generational stays. The space Jarochova vila is an Art Nouveau house built in 1907 and extensively renovated in 2025–2026. During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the original character of the house and its historic details while creating a comfortable space for today’s guests. When you rent the entire villa, you have both apartments to yourselves – Garden on the ground floor and Tower on the first floor. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and private entrance. This gives you plenty of space to spend time together while still enjoying some privacy – ideal for two families, a group of friends or several generations travelling together. The ground-floor Garden Apartment features a spacious and elegant salon with original stained-glass windows and its own front garden with a gazebo and small pond. The salon provides a beautiful setting for spending time together, but also works well for informal business meetings or small team stays. Upstairs, the Tower Apartment features a kitchen with dining area, a balcony, a children’s play area and a cosy tower nook with a library and armchair. The villa also has a large garden with a seasonal swimming pool, gazebo, outdoor seating, fire pit and plenty of space to relax and spend time together outdoors. Guest access When you book the entire Jarochova vila, you have access to both apartments – Garden and Tower – as well as all outdoor areas. The two apartments can be connected internally, allowing the villa to function as one large shared space. Tower is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. During your stay, the garden is not shared with any other accommodation guests. However, it is part of our family property and we take care of it ourselves, so you may occasionally see us there. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note This listing includes the entire Jarochova vila – both the Garden and Tower Apartments.
