The space Welcome to this functional studio located on the garden level of the Le Lauzet residence, in the heart of Vars Les Claux. An ideal pied-à-terre to enjoy the mountain in any season, close to the slopes and the resort center. The studio offers a well-designed space to accommodate up to four guests. The separate sleeping area has comfortable bunk beds, perfect for children or friends. The living room is bright and warm, with a double sofa bed (130 x 190) and a mountain atmosphere enhanced by wood decor and cozy touches. The kitchenette is fully equipped to prepare your meals after a day on the slopes: glass-ceramic hob, microwave with oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and raclette machine for friendly evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing, and the toilet is separate for added comfort. The balcony overlooks the parking lot but is very enjoyable in summer and winter. You will also have a ski locker and a parking space. Pets are welcome (with a fee) The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, but we can provide you with a router on request (and based on availability) (paid option). The studio enjoys a prime location: the slopes and the ESF are just 200 meters away, the shops and the resort center are within walking distance, and the hiking trail departure points are very close in summer. A quiet, natural and convenient setting to fully enjoy the Vars ski area and mountain activities year-round. In order to offer you very reasonable prices, linen and cleaning are not included. It will be your responsibility to clean when you leave and to leave the apartment as clean as you found it. If you want a stress-free vacation, we can of course offer you optional cleaning and linen. The amount of €30 is fixed and non-refundable.
