Nice apartment in Rödental near Coburg

In a quiet residential area in Rödental near Coburg my husband Christian and I are very happy to welcome our guests. We offer a separate, nicely furnished apartment for use. We are looking forward to welcome you here in Franconia. The space The top floor apartment with about 55 square meters offers a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition to the usual small household parts, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and of course a stove with oven are included. In the bathroom with shower you will find a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom (1.80m x 2.00m), the sofa bed is available in the living room (lying area 1.15m x 2.10 m - max. one adult or two children). The apartment is equipped with two flat screen TVs (living room, bedroom). A DVD Blu-ray player is also available in the living room. A massage chair invites you to relax with a good glass of wine and a book. From the cozy garden bench you can enjoy a great view over Rödental to Veste Coburg. Bed linen, towels and a WiFi guest access are included in our apartment. A washing machine is available for our guests for free use. A free parking space for a normal car directly at the house is also reserved for our guests. Other things to note Check in / check out Check in Monday to Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. If it is possible we are happy to greet and say goodbye to our guests personally. During the week we like to say goodbye to our guests the evening before. The property should be vacated by 12:00 the next day (by 11:00 on the weekend). If we are unfortunately unable to do so, the check-in can be done with a key box. Cleaning is very important for us. Thats why we are commited to the new cleaning protocol of Airbnb.
