Meet-and-greet on arrival where possible; if not, keys will be left in a key cabinet, with full details shared closer to check-in. A dedicated parking space will be available nearby, with a second space on request. Please note: The property features uneven pathways and several steps leading down to the annex and up into it from the courtyard. Due to these surfaces, the annex is not suitable for young children, vulnerable guests, or those with limited mobility. Guests are welcome to reach out with any specific accessibility questions before booking. Other things to note The annex sits down a quiet dirt track lane, so arrival takes a little care on the final approach. The lane is bumpy in places, so it is not suitable for very low cars such as low sports cars, which can ground on the track. There are steps down to the annex and steps up into it from the courtyard, along with some uneven surfaces, so it is not suitable for less agile or vulnerable guests. The beds are twin singles rather than a double, and the room is compact with in-room tea, coffee, microwave and a small cooler in place of a full kitchen. Heating is electric, and one dedicated parking space will be found in front of the garage. Important Information: • Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay.
