A room with a double bed (or two single) on the street floor of a two-level house. Another identical double room (B) is also on the floor. A kitchenette with fridge, microvave oven and a toster (no stove pot or pans) shared by the two rooms together with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and a dryer. The house was originally built in 1911 and is known in the village as "Þorbergshúsið", ("The House of Thorbergur"), named after a famous skipper who built it for himself and his family. His son, Leifur, who was also a skipper took over the house after Thorbergur and lived there with his family. Now again the house is owned by Thorbergur grandchildren, who were brought up in the house.
