The closed kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine / Cafissimo. Non-smoking, with terrace, garden view, barbecue area, table tennis and free parking. Beach approx. 10 km. Good starting point for hikes and bike tours on the Jasmund peninsula. Shopping facilities are a 10-minute walk away. Distance to the sandy beach 8 km, to the ferry port 7 km, to the train station/public transport 1 km. - With a living area of 60 m², the vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include: • Hallway with wardrobe • There is a couch in the living area. • 2 flat-screen TVs are provided • A dining area with 6 chairs is also available. • The separate kitchen is fully equipped, incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer. • The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds. In one bedroom, the beds can also be pushed together. • The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer • The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs • There is a crib and a high chair in the apartment. • Arrive and feel good! We have already made the beds for you upon arrival. The total price includes a laundry package for each person arriving. This includes duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, and towel. Additional laundry may be added. • The parking space is right by the property. • There is a large barbecue area on the property with a permanently installed grill. • There is also a ping pong table available on the premises.
