A separate bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom for sharing the house with friends without embarrassment. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an air conditioner. The garden is adjacent to the living room, you can rest there in the shade of a huge plane tree. Hammock and deckchairs are waiting for you. A barbecue is also available on the terrace. There are bicycles (4 or 5 adults) that you can borrow to stroll on the island or to go to the city center with the river shuttle (1 km). A ping pong table is available. The pool (11x3m) is to share with us in good intelligence, the priority is naturally given to the renters. New: A separate bedroom with its own bathroom (for 2 people) has been added in a separate room next to the house.
