"ROOM THREE", High quality – Private room

Private room with hotel-style comfort in central Karlsruhe – clean, simple & cozy with high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix. Ideal for business travelers, commuters, or anyone needing quiet and space. ROOM 3 (like ROOM 1 & 2) is part of a 130 m² office flat. During the day, guests may occasionally share the space with us as hosts, at night only with ROOM 1 & 2. Stylish, well-equipped and fairly priced. The space This room is located on the 4th floor and faces south, offering an impressive view of the station square and the Black Forest. At around 20 m², it is the largest room in the apartment, with the best view – but also the most lively, as it faces directly onto the square. Right next door, you'll find the “Design Offices Karlsruhe” – perfect for travelers in need of a modern workspace. They offer office spaces, coworking areas and professional conference rooms. The building also houses several other vacation apartments used by guests. Guest access Your room is completely private. However, the bathroom and kitchen are shared with guests from ROOM 1 and ROOM 2. Both are cleaned daily. During your stay If I’m at the office, I’m happy to assist you in person. Other things to note The three ROOMS have standard office doors and are not soundproof. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.
