Family home near city, swimming areas and nature

We are a family of two adults and two small children, so the house is suitable for children. The house is 140 sqm, in the dining room there is room for six at most and there is also a small children's table with two small chairs. Directly from the living room, you can open a front door and get out to the back of the property. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet because there is a gate so the children cannot get to the front by themselves. We love our house and hope you will too! The space Family-friendly and spacious house with two floors. In the summer, it is very cozy to barbecue in the back and then sit outside until late at night to enjoy the summer evening. The children can play in the garden or you can take a walk to one of the adjacent playgrounds or the skate park/bicycle park. Within walking distance, there is also a cozy playground with real animals (rabbits, sheep and chickens). There are plenty of swimming areas nearby that you can reach by walking, bus or car. The nearest one is about a 25-minute walk away. When the sun is out, the back has sunshine most of the day, so it's great to enjoy the weather on the property, if you don't feel like going to the beach. We have a children's pool that you are welcome to borrow and cool off in during the summer. We have lived in the house for about 7 years and have renovated most of the house since then. In total there are six beds and a crib. In one bedroom there is a double bed with room for at least two people. In another bedroom, there is a bed of 120 cm where two people can sleep. In the third bedroom there is a crib as well as an air mattress measuring 160 cm. Guest access When you book, you will have the entire house and property for yourselves, excluding a small closet upstairs. At the back, there is a gas grill that you are welcome to borrow, as well as a patio heater. Gas is not included in the rent, so if you want to use these, we can arrange a gas cylinder for SEK 600 each. Let us know beforehand in that case so we can arrange this for you. Other things to note We live in a quiet and family-friendly area so there are plenty of playgrounds, shopping centers, restaurants, swimming areas and a nice environment. If you like shopping, we recommend that you take the subway into Stockholm City (about 60 minutes by public transport/20 minutes by car), or the car to the newly built Mall of Scandinavia (https://www.mallofscandinavia.se) (about 20 minutes). There are also closer shopping centers if you do not want to go as far, for example Vällingby Centrum (https://vallingbycentrum.se) which takes about 30 minutes to reach by bus, door to door. Barkarby Outlet (https://qualityoutlet.com/) is also recommended if you want to find nice brand-name clothes, toys, decor, etc. at outlet prices. The nearest swimming area is only 5 minutes away by car, or a 20-minute walk.
