Small, but not that small… you have a private space of +- 30 m2… including a hallway-dressing room leading to a pretty bedroom with garden view, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. A sober decoration, in a more Nordic spirit, white, gray and pink tones. You can also have the small living room area of the house on the ground floor, not private, but with an open fireplace, and you can have breakfast in the dining room.
