Quercus La Baita – Where You Can Listen to Nature

Quercus La Baita is a typical mountain house equipped with every comfort. It is located in the enchanting village of Vezzano, with its stone houses. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped, and there is a stone fireplace and two comfortable sofas for relaxing. Composed of several rooms, it allows you to experience a vacation full of tranquility and good living. The space Quercus La Baita has two bedrooms: a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to create another double bed). The house also has a modern sofa bed on the second level, allowing it to accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is large and functional, equipped with all the accessories. Outside, there is a relaxation area with a wooden table where you can eat. The entire house is furnished with an emphasis on environmental sustainability, using FSC- and PEFC-certified wood products and items that can be recycled. We care about the environment, and the building is equipped with a water system that allows you to experience living with 300 liters of water per day (optional for the guest – ISTAT data tells us that in Italy, the average consumption is 215 liters per person per day). We have a 300-liter tank that supplies the house with water: kitchen, bathroom, and garden fountain. Every night, the tank fills with the water consumed and restores the 300 liters available for the following day. The system is managed remotely, and we can always intervene in real time to restore the water if necessary. Guest access Access is via self-check-in. If needed, we will also be present at check-in. Parking is free and located about 50 meters from the accommodation.
