Chert Cottage is a delightful and private two bedroomed detached cottage that was refurbished in 2020. The cottage sits off the road with it's own drive, great gardens and private patio, along with ample private parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities. The space A totally private and relaxing space, enter through the utility room equipped with a washer and dryer with downstairs cloak room off into the large well equipped kitchen dining room, with double electric fan oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer in the pantry. Dining table and 4 chairs over looking the lower garden. A wall mounted television is also provided. The spacious Lounge has two, two seater settees, a clear view wood burning stove for those cosy winter nights, internet hard wired television. On the first floor, there are the two spacious bedrooms, the master has a Hypnos queen sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe and dressing table. Wall mounted television with hard wired internet access. This room also has a door, giving access out to the first floor garden. Bedroom two has a Hypnos queen sized bed. Bedside cabinets with lamps and, dressing table and in built wardrobe. This room also has a wall mounted internet wired television. The bathroom has a traditional style bath, shower - with excellent water pressure, heated tool rail and WC. Outside there is ample off road parking for 3 cars. The upper garden has a patio area with table and chairs separate to the lawned area. Bed linen and towels provided, electric and central heating and a basket of logs are provided. Wifi around 50 Mb. The cottage is No smoking. Other things to note I will be over to do the garden but will not come unannounced. It will probably be a lunch time between. 12.30 and 3.00 pm.
