The space The house is a maisonette of 2 floors (ground floor - basement). In the ground floor are the main living spaces: Living room with Fireplace and Sat - TV, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, fridge with freezer, oven, dish-washer, coffee-maker), dining area and 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200cm). The living room and the bedroom have a double sided fireplace and share access to the large balcony and the sea views! There is also 1 bathroom with a shower! At the basement there are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and the 2nd bathroom (with shower and a wash machine). From its terrace starts a path to the beach. Guest access All the spaces are part of the maisonette. Other things to note The house is accessible by car only. Since the location is a small village the car is a necessity in order to find restaurants & shops. The closest marketplace and restaurants are in the village of Agios Andreas (6km).
