For one or two people, please inquire about the special rate. Squid floor 1, Noble Floor, for 12 people: 4 triple bedrooms and two bathrooms, rooms and kitchens. Groups (fewer than 5 people) stay in a section of the 1st floor: La Sala or Las Alcobas (for 4/6 people each). Groups of more than 12 can book the ground floor, if available, with two additional bedrooms for 4/5 more people, plus a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The joint booking of both comfortably accommodates 16/17 people. The space Ca la Marta offers accommodation services, the ideal stay, away from stress and close to everything, to rest, work, enjoy and discover the medieval charm and nature of the local environment, the cities and nearby towns of Catalonia and other areas. From the house we also promote guided and theatrical tours. Cultural promotion meetings, personal growth and communication stays such as theater workshops, music, etc. The building is a beautiful example of an 18th-century manor house, a Renaissance-style mansion. It has two floors, a basement and an attic, forming part of the wall of the old medieval city. The facade shows balconies with protruding arches on the first floor and undulating arches on the lower floor, with wrought iron railings. The attic openings are made with circular portholes. The house also includes the Portal d'en Martí, documented in 1371, with a double arched arcade, a round point on the outside and a lowered arch at the height where the door was. From the -1 floor, old stable, stables and warehouses, we organize and promote guided tours, routes and tourist, historical, communication, expression and theater activities. They can be arranged at the group's request. During the summer the excellent municipal pool is one block away, less than 100m. walking (see photos). Other things to note To provide you with the best experience, we adapt our spacious main floor (which can accommodate up to 12 people) based on the size of your group. The house has two completely separate wings, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Standard reservation: Rooms are assigned based on the total number of guests (double or triple room occupancy, shared). Custom builds: Single occupancy: If you prefer one person per room, a surcharge of €25 per additional room/night will apply. Exclusivity: You can book the entire floor (4 triple rooms for single use, €220) to enjoy total privacy.
