Our appartement is situated near the sea (200 m) in the most beautiful part of Rovinj, very peaceful Borik (as the name says, nearby an old pine forest).It is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and completely renovated this spring. The apartment is equipped for 2-4 persons. It contains a large own terrace surface of 27 m2. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor with its own terrace overlooking the private garden. Guests have access to a parking space If you are in need of peaceful holidays, take a footpath through the pine woods, find your place under the sun and rest whole day long. Other things to note Be so kind to arrive after: 4:00 PM. Departure before: 10:00 AM You will have some extra costs when you arrive in Rovinj: tourist taxes 1 € day / person (for children younger of 12 is not taxes) and 3 € check in / out / person. air conditioning: 5 euro ac / day (If you use the air conditioner)
