Lake house delight. Boats welcome!

Bring your fishing poles, bathing suits, and even your boat, and get ready for memories with family and friends. Room for 8, centrally located and an easy to navigate all-sports lake mean fun for the whole family. We have a private beach with swim dock and platform, fire pit, and volleyball court. Swimming area is shallow and gradually drops off. 20 minutes to CMU and Soaring Eagle Casino. Boat launch is 1/2 mile down the road and there is plenty of parking. Bring your own firewood. The space Welcome to our lake house! You will find a kitchen, half bath, bar and couch seating and pool table downstairs. Living room, full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs. 7 can sleep in beds, with additional room on 3 couches. Plenty of covered outdoor seating, overlooking lake, with pellet grill and large blackstone. There is also an upper yard area with a sand volleyball pit and a fire ring. Other outdoor amenities include 2 kayaks and life jackets, corn hole, a sandy beach area with some toys, 2 docks, and a swim platform with diving board. Coldwater lake is an all sports lake that is easy to navigate by boat and is also known for good fishing. There is no wake between the hours of 7:30pm to 10am, daily, to allow for easy fishing or quiet cruises. There is an easy, free boat launch 1/2 mile away and plenty of room to park a boat trailer. You can park your boat dockside or beach it. Guest access You will have access to our half of a a duplex, including private covered porch and entrances. The beach area is shared but is very infrequently used by the other tenant. You will not have access to 1 closet or either detached garage.
