The Joinery is on the edge of Owslebury, a picturesque village just south of Winchester. It is light and airy and offers 4 bedrooms on ground floor level, two with ensuite shower and a family bathroom. Upstairs is a large open plan area with kitchen, dining table and sofas for relaxing and enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside.There is also a snug room with TV. There are steps down to the main entrance so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The garden area is not enclosed. Modern and well equipped kitchen with oak worktops, butler sink, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, SMEG fridge. 44” TV (Sky), 2 x comfortable sofas, 2 x armchairs and table for dining. Snug room with 32” TV. All with Velux windows. Outside Terrace with decking and gravelled area. Raised grassy area and games cabin with a 4ft table football table, 6ft air hockey table and modest seating area. Off road parking and bike storage area. Guest access All facilities including the garden and the hot tub are for the sole use of the guests staying at The Joinery. There are steps down to the front door making this property not suitable for people with mobility issues. Other things to note Please note we have a minimum stay of three nights. Generally we only accept bookings that start on a Monday or Friday if you would like to start your stay on an alternative day then please message us to check if we can accommodate you.
