Breakfast includes cereals, orange juice, toast yogurts. Cooked breakfasts by prior arrangement £9/head. We provide a friendly and relaxed environment. The space Guests have their own entrance which opens directly into the downstairs breakfast/sitting room. The bedroom is upstairs on the right and is set up with a double and single bed. A small double sofa bed and additional single bed can be made up in the same room according to your requirements. Please note no access to kitchen. Guest access The breakfast room may be shared with other guests. Included in the price is cereals, toast, yogurts, fruit juice. Full English breakfast option available at an additional £9.00 per head - please let me know in advance if you require this option. Please note kitchen facilities are not provided.
