Shared house near Doñana

Cozy and quiet 2-story house to spend a few quiet days. Pilas is a village located between Seville and the Doñana National Park, where you can ride horses and see a wide variety of animals and vegetation. The space The listing offers 2 bedrooms on the top floor of the house, along with their own private bathroom. The second bedroom will only be made available if there are more than 2 people. For both rooms, the same private bathroom will be available, which will be exclusively for the guests listed on the reservation; in other words, the bathroom will not be shared with any guests not listed on the reservation. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other room is 2 twin beds. Both rooms have a heater. The room with double bed has portable air conditioning and the room with single beds has split type air conditioning. It's a two-story house that lacks no amenities; there is a variety of kitchen utensils and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I am a very creative person, so in the house you will find several paintings I have done, which give the house my unique and personal touch. Driving distances from the house are: - 35km to Seville - 50km to the nearest beaches (Matalascañas, Huelva) Guest access Guests have the option of doing laundry for a fee of €10 per load. The dining room will be available in the living room, consider it a shared common area with the house host. During your stay The house is shared, and I live there, so I will be available and present most of the time. Guests will have their privacy, as I am a very friendly and respectful person.
