Green Gate House - house with a private beach

Luxurious house located on a large lot with over 1500 m2. It has four bedrooms, where 3 contains king size beds, and one 2 singles. There is also a convertible sofa in living room if necessary. Private beach is in a distance of only one minute of walk. Green Gate House is a great place for groups of any sizes, up to 8 adult persons. It has all household goods required for living. The space Green Gate House is freshly finished house, fitting well in Mazurian style. It is situated in a small village among beautiful lakes and forests. The house itself is placed on a big lot with lovely garden. From the entrance you can the coziness of this magic place. The combination of new wooden furniture with brick fireplace with the final touch of outdoor roofed terrace creates modern and comfortable asylum from everyday rush. As parents we thought about creating a place well prepared for families. There is fully equipped garden for kids in all age for a daytime, as well as multiple cardboard games for late evening sessions. Just 3 minutes of slow walk is needed to get to the closest beach. It is worth mentioning that Sołtmany lake is under protection program where now motorboats are not allowed, giving people what they are looking for silent place. During the summer the village is full of strokes and sometimes you can also see the herons. Guest access Guests have an access to every place which belongs to the property. Other things to note If it comes to staying in winter months, the house is equipped with an electric stove and a fireplace. The stove is able to heat the ground floor but if you want a comfortable temperature throughout the house, you need to use the fireplace. The host guarantees access to firewood.
