IG Tathaastu21 The space Tathastu Farms features a total of two bedrooms with attached washroom and private balconies located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils, basic spices, and everyday cooking essentials. The kitchen is also fitted with an RO water purifier for safe drinking water. Additionally, the ground floor includes a powder washroom and a beautifully placed dining area, offering a pleasant setting to enjoy meals with family and friends. Tathastu Farms is a completely independent and private farmhouse, offering guests a peaceful and exclusive stay experience. A caretaker lives nearby in the village and visits the property only when needed, such as during check-in to hand over the keys and once daily for basic assistance, including cleaning utensils and floor c. Apart from this, guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. The farmhouse follows a self-catering concept, so guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen and available cooking essentials. Alternatively, details of nearby restaurants and cafés located approximately 1–1.5 km away will be shared after the reservation is confirmed, and guests can conveniently order food from there. During your stay, the caretaker can also share local recommendations and help you explore the surrounding countryside. Guests are welcome to take a walk through the nearby fields and farms with the caretaker, which is a wonderful way to experience the local village lifestyle and natural beauty, especially in the evening. There are also several scenic spots nearby, including a beautiful waterfall that becomes especially attractive after good rainfall. A river is located close to the property as well. The property is conveniently located just 1–1.5 km from MMU (Maharishi Markandeshwar University) and Manav Bharti University. We are also situated approximately 100 meters from the well-known Airbnb (named )Leopard Creek Kasauli, making the location ideal for guests visiting the area. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the farmhouse and its natural surroundings, loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted after 10:00 PM. We encourage guests to enjoy the serenity of nature and be mindful of the surrounding community. We kindly request all guests to treat the property with care and leave it in good condition upon departure. At check-out, please ensure that all lights, fans, heaters, and other appliances are switched off. Kindly inform the caretaker before leaving so that the property can be inspected and secured for the next guests. IMPORTANT- One important thing to note is that the property does not have air conditioning. Due to the pleasant weather and naturally comfortable temperatures throughout most of the year, air conditioners are not required.
