Experience downtown St. Augustine! Just 3 blocks from St. George St, this upper level apartment is walking distance to all downtown and uptown attractions. The space has a large kitchen, private and large bedroom with a huge balcony overlooking the street (great for the parades and festivals). The lux bathroom, on site laundry, and private rear (and front) balconies create a comfortable setting for families or groups. The space We love all of the custom features in this apartment—burnt wood ceilings, concrete countertops and a wine barrel vanity, just to name a few. There are plenty of creature comforts to enjoy as well: an oversized walk in shower, a comfortable pullout couch purchased in November 2021, and 55” TV with Amazon fire-stick. Spend sultry evenings out on the en-suite balcony at the front of the house, or relax with a larger group on the expansive rear deck that can seat up to 6 people. Guest access The space is a second floor apartment in a 2 family home. There is a shared parking area with the downstairs unit. We can accommodate 1 car per unit, but there is plenty of room to spare—the parking area is quite spacious. The entrance to the second floor is via a flight of steps at the rear of the house, adjacent to the parking area. Two of these steps are shared with the downstairs apartment’s entrance. Other things to note The house is on a corner lot, with a medium amount of outside noise from cars and people walking by. There is an HVAC company across the street.
