We live in a modern townhouse and are delighted to offer a comfortable, private guest room on the second floor. The room has been thoughtfully furnished with a plush velvet bed, dedicated workspace, full-length mirror, tea and coffee facilities, and stylish décor to help you feel relaxed and at home. Whether you’re visiting for work, studying, or simply exploring the area, the space is designed to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay. The guest room is located on the second floor alongside one other bedroom. Guests have access to a shared bathroom, which is shared with the occupants of the neighbouring bedroom. We ask all guests to be considerate and help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. As this is our family home, you’ll be staying in a lived-in and welcoming environment. Three family members live in the house, and we also have a friendly cat who may occasionally be seen in the shared areas. While the guest room itself is private, guests should expect a genuine home-from-home atmosphere rather than a hotel setting. We love hosting and are always happy to help with local recommendations or answer any questions during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you and making your visit as comfortable as possible. Guest access Guests have private access to their bedroom and shared access to the bathroom located on the second floor. As this is a family home, access to other areas of the house is generally not included as part of the booking. However, for guests staying for longer periods, we are happy to discuss access to our middle-floor living room and other communal spaces on a case-by-case basis. We aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment while ensuring privacy and convenience for both our guests and our family.
