Patio with barbecue and furniture. About 1 hour by car from Stockholm. Ample parking and a road all the way to the front. Electric car charger is available. About 2 km to the bus. 2 km to the grocery store. Smoke and pet free. The space The accommodation is divided into two cottages with two bedrooms in each cottage. In both cottages there are bathrooms as well as a kitchen and a kitchenette. The larger cottage has a living room and a glass-enclosed patio. Both cottages have sea views. The property has a large lawn area with, for example, a robotic lawnmower, soccer goals, etc. An electric car charger is available; a charging fee applies. Municipal water & sewer. Waste is partly handled via compost. The property is located right on the waterfront. There is a pier about 2 minutes from the property boundary that is available but shared with 4 other properties. You can also swim from a pebble beach or rocks. It is important to respect others who also use the dock and the beach. Child-friendly and calm area with plenty of cycling and walking paths in the area. For longer rental periods, longer than 1 week, operating costs such as electricity, water, etc. are added.
