The space 🏡 Layout of the Home 📍 Entrance Level (1st Floor) The villa entrance opens onto the first floor, featuring a spacious outdoor parking area that offers convenient access, especially for elderly guests. This level also includes the dining area, creating a perfect space for relaxation and gatherings. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, both equipped with attached washrooms, making them ideal for senior citizens or guests seeking easy accessibility. An additional common washroom is also available on this level. 📍 Ground Level The ground floor features a large central hall designed for indoor gatherings and leisure. This level also opens to a beautiful lawn and gazebo area, perfect for spending quality time outdoors. 📍 Terrace The upper terrace offers a peaceful open-air seating space where guests can unwind, enjoy scenic views, or spend relaxing evenings under the sky.
