This beautiful space is self contained and private, with its own entrance way and deck. It shares its driveway with separate airbnb units, see Mystic Apt. #1 and #3. Perfect for those wishing to travel alone or with friends. It is light, bright and has a beachy feel. You can sit outside by its tabletop fire pit, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. You can come and go as you please. Its approx 2 miles from downtown Mystic and close enough to hear a seagull and light house horn. The house is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood surrounded by trees and nature, it's a squirrels paradise. You can wake up to the sounds of birds and sometimes even hear the neighborhood goats yet you are only a couple of miles from the bustle of down town Mystic. Inside you have all the amenities that you will need. Air con, internet, queen sized bed, couch, table and chairs, TV, fridge, coffee pot, toaster oven, grill plate, microwave. In the fridge and freezer you will find ice and some water bottles and coffee creamers. I provide some breakfast snacks. Feel free to enjoy anything left in the room. Did I mention that behind the barn door is a beautiful tiled walk in shower. Each stay receives ENTIRE fresh laundered linen including the mattress pad, comforter and pillow protectors. There is a gas barbecue available for you to use by the fire pit on the left lower side. Feel free to use it and light the fire pit, you will find plenty of wood available. You access your room any time via your own deck off your own separate driveway. Basically the back yard is all yours to enjoy, feel free to light the fire pit or use the table top one on your own private deck that is attached to your room. You are your own agents and can arrive and come and go as you please. Chances are you won't even see us. There are deck stairs to access this room. This is a private stay but if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. You can text or call my cell, I am very approachable. Just down the road in walking distance is Fields of Fire adventure park with ziplines, fire pit, food truck and in the Summer occasional live music. Also walkable is public access to Pequot woods via Mystic Meadow Lane. If you bring your bikes you can quickly get to down town Mystic, I prefer the route through the sub division just before Cutler Middle school on Fish town Road. Its only approx 2 miles and approx a forty min walk. Foxwoods is approx 10 miles away. Mohegan Sun, approx 13 miles. Uber and Lyft are both readily available. Available to be placed into your room is a ninja indoor grill/oven/airfryer. rice cooker, George Forman grill, single electric burner, toaster, magic bullet, bagel/English muffin sandwich maker. Just ask. Please NO portable fire heaters/pits allowed. They get get hot and will cause fires. Yes someone burnt 3 deck boards! Please conserve water as we are on a well. Please nothing down the toilet except toilet roll as we have a septic tank and cloggable drain field.
