La Bériozka, charming farmhouse

La Beriozka, family home with a large garden in the heart of the village. The house is a character farmhouse, facing south. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi connection is fiber and is fast. Parking with 2 electric charging stations nearby and near the town hall; as well as a sports course equipped with multiple apparatus. Emancé is a peaceful village, crossed by a GR and offering many walks off the main roads. The space 5 km from the train station that leads to Paris-Montparnasse in 40 minutes, 12 km from Rambouillet and also from Maintenon. 40 km from Versailles, or 20 minutes by train 30 km from Chartres 4.5 km from a Hypermarket and the small town of Epernon. Guest access The guests of the reservation are the only ones to have the house and garden according to description. Other things to note The house is warm in winter, and cool in summer because of its large stone walls, which does not require additional air conditioning. Registration details 13566*02
