Great apartment on the city lake

Hi, Enjoy your stay in our light-flooded, cozy apartment right on the Sulinger city lake. If needed and available, our guest apartment can also be booked. Our city lake is a great place to relax and walk/jog. A stand up paddle or bicycles can be provided upon request. The space Our approx. 45 m² attic apartment offers a beautiful view of the garden and the lake behind trees. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together. Even larger guests can enjoy a good night's sleep, as the beds are without a footboard and the duvets are extra long or have a comfort size. The bedroom can be completely darkened. In the living room, a high-quality sofa bed offers additional sleeping places for 1 to 2 people. Providing an additional mattress is possible. Thanks to the small fold-out mini balcony, you have a beautiful view of the countryside. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven, microwave with grill function, mobile induction hotplates, coffee maker, espresso maker, kettle, toaster and seating for 4 to 5 people. A washing machine is available to our guests in the bathroom, a rotary clothes dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available to our guests in the storage room. Towels, sheets and kitchen towels, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, soap, fresh coffee powder, various teas, as well as board games and literature are included. Bicycles, crib and high chair can be provided for our guests upon request. A car parking space and storage facilities for bicycles and motorcycles are provided. A bakery, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. Very close is a motorcycle dealer with workshop and the Lloyd shoe outlet. On the floor below is a guest apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The house is situated directly on the city lake. It offers beautiful places to linger and picnic. Sports enthusiasts like to jog around it or use our stand-up paddle on the lake. For children, we have life jackets ready if they are allowed on the SUP board with an adult. The flat surrounding area with many nice, village cafés invites you to take a bike tour. Bicycles, even for children, can be provided by us on request A great playground around the corner is worth a visit for families.
