Please note that all padlocked fences on the property are electrified, and care should be taken when travelling with pets or children. For the safety of your pet, they must remain within the designated caged area at all times and must not leave this area unless securely on a lead. The surrounding area is home to large native lizards, some exceeding 2 metres in length, which can pose a serious risk to pets. As the property operates on tank water, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
