Welcome to the Cherry Tree Cottage in downtown Bremen. This unique space is named after the Cherry Tree located in the front yard, and has been carefully designed for those seeking an "at-home" feel. This apartment is newly renovated with a full kitchen/laundry, 2 sleeping areas, and updated bathroom. The main sleeping area offers a QUEEN bed, 2 sitting chairs, TV station, and desk/work station. The secondary sleeping area offers a FULL bed and small couch. LARGE screened-in-porch. The space Conveniently located in Downtown Bremen, with easy access to I-20, Carrollton, Tanner Medical Hospitals (Bremen, Villa Rica & Carrollton), local eats, shopping, and The Hub for events & concerts. Guest access AirB&B guests have access to the FRONT YARD ONLY. The front yard, under the Cherry Tree, has (2) garden beds. The owner grows fresh vegetables year round; however, please DO NOT pick the veggies. PARKING: (2) designated spaces; #1 under the Pergola; #2 to the left of the cedar tree. Please DO NOT BLOCK the main drive, as it will prevent entrance and exit for the back apartment. Other things to note This AirB&B offers central heat & air that is controlled from the other apartment and is always set @ the Georgia Power recommended base temperatures of 78 degrees (F) in the Summer and 68 degrees (F) in the Winter. However, there are several alternate heat and cooling options, including a window unit A/C + an electric fireplace w/heat in the main sleeping area; an electric fireplace w/heat in the secondary sleeping area, and a wall heater in the bathroom. There is a ceiling fan in the kitchen, and (2) additional fans; a tower fan in the bathroom, and a box fan.
