Cozy and Private Spacious Suite in Ravenna

4 blocks from light rail! Completely private, cozy, comfortable, centrally located suite in popular Ravenna. Easily accessible to UW, Seattle Children’s and downtown. Also within walking distance to numerous shops and great restaurants. Sleeps up to 3 with a lush queen sized bed and pull out sofa. Amenities include a work space, fully stocked kitchenette, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a shared backyard with fire pit and BBQ. Free street parking and shared laundry. The space Our suite is spacious and comfortable but please do note that it is in our basement and therefore has a slightly lower ceiling in the kitchenette/hallway (if you are over 6'). Also, because it's a basement, you may occasionally hear us walking/talking. There is a white-noise machine and ear plugs at the bedside and please let us know if we are bothersome. The laundry is shared and we occasionally need to get our bikes out of the basement door so we will give notice. Enjoy the books and games and send us any requests you may have! The backyard is available to use anytime for dining and relaxing. There is plenty of street parking (the street is a bit narrow but can accommodate trucks and cars) and a pass available at the door. Please remember to leave the pass upon checkout as it is very difficult to replace. Guest access Entrance is at the end of our driveway, through the gate to the backyard. Then across the stone path to the left and down 3 stairs. The back yard is shared but large enough for some privacy.
