Street parking is readily available The space The location of this space is excellent, south facing with distant sea views, it is bright and airy with modern, stylist but practical furniture and storage. The beautiful village of Rottingdean and the beachfront is within a 5 minute walk. The space includes a bedroom/lounge/small kitchen and on-suite bathroom, which was recently renovated in December 2025, with a spacious shower cubicle. The kitchen includes a Microwave oven, Heated Hot plate, Kettle/Toaster and Fridge, and a good selection of cutlery and cooking facilities. A cosy table and chairs for 2 is provided, which can also be used as a work station and also a soft seating area, internet TV only is provided, including Netflix, Amazon and BBC iplayer streaming services. Free WiFi is provided. Guest access The historical village of Rottingdean and beach front is within close walking distance. The South Downs national park and beautiful open county side can be accessed within a 5 minute walk. Regular Public transport into Brighton can be accessed within a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, with buses running every 3-5 minutes. There is an abundance of free off-street parking within the street and surrounding areas.
