Villa Le Creyssac – West Wing

The space The west wing of Villa Le Creyssac is surrounded by its terrace and garden. The interior is composed on the ground floor of an entrance, a kitchen and its dining table, a living room with its large fireplace and a desk area, a toilet, a double bedroom (160 cm bed) and its bathroom. Upstairs, a landing with a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). Additional fees: - Pool heating in summer, on request, €20/day - Heating the Villa in winter, €30/day - Necessary for a fireplace (20 oak wood logs, small wood and fire lighters): €20 Guest access The property is 8 minutes from Brantôme, 30 minutes from Périgueux, 45 minutes from Angoulême, 60 minutes from Bergerac, 1 hour 40 minutes from Bordeaux and Sarlat... The very pretty town of Brantôme offers many cafes, restaurants, quality food shops as well as medium surfaces for everyday shopping. Other things to note The West Wing is part of Villa Le Creyssac. It is possible to rent the EAST wing, the WEST wing or to privatize the entire villa (the pool is privatized in this case). Corresponding listings and availability can be found on my airbnb profile. The pool is beautifully sized (14 x 5m), with a submerged staircase and rolling shutter. When the shutter is open, children must be under supervision. It's heated in the season. The interior of the listing is Non Smoking. Pets are not allowed.
