Description
I have a peaceful basement flat that faces a spacious garden which is private and not overlooked. There is a large walk in shower, very expensive orthopaedic double bed with built in foam topper and lounge with full view of the garden .Please note there are 8 steps down to the basement flat and there is low ceiling height in the dining room at 6 foot 1, elsewhere its fine. There is a key safe for self check in. Free tea & coffee is provided.I have recently taken over the place -see other things The space The flat has a private entrance and you can come and go without disturbing anyone .In summer you never need turn on a fan even on the hottest days .It is automatically heated to an ambient temperature but it can be adjusted up or down with the thermostat . Guest access This is a private apartment, you will not be sharing with others. Other things to note I have recently taken over the flat ,the listing actually has 77 positive reviews. If you look at the other flat at this location you will see those reviews That place isn't available to book it's just for showing the reviews until I get a fair few reviews of my own. Free parking outside the door 24/7. Even though it's on a main road it's surprisingly quiet, especially at night Smoking and Vaping is allowed in the garden area only. The train station is only a 7-8 minute walk away, there are buses to the city centre across the road. There is a line of shops opposite with take aways and convenience stores. I can do a great deal for longer stays, so do please enquire. Easy access to M42 and M5 and it's on the A38 straight to the city centre and Bromsgrove / Worcester. The Lickey hills ,a country park is very close. Its only a few minutes drive to open countryside in Worcestershire.
