An ideal base for nature, beaches and charming historic villages. The space The apartment offers three spacious double bedrooms, a generous open-plan living area with kitchen, and a 24 m² terrace. The living area and terrace are located on the upper floor of the apartment. Air conditioning and heating are available in the living area and all bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. Airole is approximately twenty minutes from Ventimiglia, the Ligurian coast and the French border. The beaches of Ventimiglia, Bordighera and Menton, the markets of the Italian Riviera, and destinations such as San Remo, Dolceacqua, Apricale, Sospel (FR) and the Roya Valley are all close by and easy to reach. Several hiking trails start directly from Airole, leading through the Roya Valley and the surrounding mountains. The village square, restaurants, cafés, a small grocery store, a pharmacy and other everyday amenities are all within walking distance of the apartment. Nice Airport is about a 45-minute drive away, and Airole has its own railway station with connections to Ventimiglia and Cuneo. The apartment occupies the upper two floors of a traditional Ligurian village house and is rented exclusively to one party at a time. Other things to note The apartment is located in the historic centre of Airole, where the narrow streets are pedestrian-only. Free public parking is available a short walk from the apartment. Access to the apartment involves stairs, both from the parking area and inside the property.
