Rural House Belén

We are a family that loves tranquility and nature, so we decided to create a house for those who have these same interests to enjoy. It is a large, simple, robust and cozy house with all the amenities and designed to disconnect. It is located on an olive grove estate just a few minutes from the village and the mountains. The space The house consists of a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, two full bathrooms and six bedrooms. Private pool, gardens, covered barbecue with sink and wood oven. Guest access The entire plot is for private use Other things to note The pool season is from June 15 to September 15 and can be extended if weather conditions permit. It is fenced for the protection of minors. Adults will have the key to control access to the pool. During your stay, the pool will be cleaned every two days and before eleven in the morning. The company is not responsible for improper use of the pool. I live in the house next door on some dates with my dog Luna. Being a rural area, the Internet we have is usually not enough to be able to telecommute or allow online video games. In winter we provide a wheelbarrow of firewood per day of the stay, if you need more, you can bring it or you can buy it from us (ask for the price). In summer we do not provide firewood or charcoal. The number of guests staying in the home must NOT exceed the number of guests for whom the reservation was made. Everyone must present an ID for registration. It is possible to extend the check-out until seven in the afternoon for €50 more only if you communicate it at the time of booking.
