The ground floor consists of 3 separate units, each around 45 m². In total, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and 3 sofa beds. Two of the sofa beds come with real mattresses, making them comfortable for sleeping. Each unit is fully equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning, and living space, giving families both privacy and convenience while staying together in the same villa. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated outdoor dining area at the back of the villa, perfect for relaxing, having meals together ( BBQ on request), or spending quiet evenings outside. The second floor of the villa has a separate private entrance, and the entire ground-floor space is reserved only for guests, ensuring that their privacy is fully respected throughout the stay.
