La Torre Alba is set on the 5* La Finca Golf & Spa Resort, This executive detached villa fully air conditioned, featuring a private pool. (Heated in the winter) By the pool is a lounge seated & dining area. A rear terrace has a Spanish Bodega . There is a private upper solarium with french doors from the master bedroom, and further door from upper landing, it houses a stone bbq, eating, seating and bathing area. A further rear terrace has a large gas bbq. The space The property is 41km from Alicante or Murcia airports. Free fibre optic Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The Villa has 3 bedrooms 1 master king size double bedded room with en-suite and 2 twin rooms with shared bathroom. The Gallery kitchen is fitted out with a dishwasher, gas oven and hob, microwave, Espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. In the open plan living area there is a TV/ DVD, and PS.-3. The Villa accommodates an inset gas log burner for those cosy nights in the winter after a sun filled day on the golf course, the internal dining area has a table large enough to sit 8 comfortably. La finca 5*Golf has a Tournament rated course with a fabulous terrace restaurant,the hotel offers luxury spa days. Within 5 minutes- walk from the villa you have the hub of la finca, hosting a great selection of bars and restaurants to suit all culinary appetites with various evening entertainments. You will also find a small well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop and fabulous boutique for that special outfit. Bicycle hire is available near the property, there is a compliment and selection of top rated Spanish golf courses nearby. Quesada Town is around 6km from the villa, which has a host of larger super markets, with a variety of shopping outlets, bars & restaurants, Torrevieja is around 13 km from the villa has a water parks, cinema, and in the summer hosts a large funfair in tandem with a night time market. It hosts a beautiful marina with an additional old port. The beaches are abundant up and down the Costa Blanca coast nearest starting about 8 km. We are also close to La Zenia Boulevard which is a Costa Blanca top rated shopping centre with exclusive outlets never will it disappoint the retail therapy enthusiasts.
