Cozy new tiny house @ Ameland near the beach

Cozy and comfortable tiny house for 5 people. Newly built and installed in 2024. Cozy living room, open kitchen (dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Good WiFi. Tivoli audio set with Bluetooth receiver for streaming music. Garden and terrace with privacy and sun. Rental includes bedding & kitchen linen. Rental excluding towels - these are not provided. The space The tiny house is brand new and will be available for rent in 2024. Is also used privately by us, a family from the north of the Netherlands. We have carefully decorated and maintained the mini house. We love to share our love for this nice little vacation home and the island of Ameland with our guests! Comfortable stay, even outside the summer season! With central heating, floor, roof and wall insulation. Kitchen: furnished with ample kitchen utensils, glassware, dishes and cutlery. So that you can set the table nicely and not have to run the dishwasher all the time. Bedroom 1: double box spring bed 1.60x2.00m with Swiss Sense mattresses & twin down duvet. Bedroom 2: very sturdy and stable wooden bunk bed (2x 0.80x2.00m) plus a single box spring bed (0.80x2.00m). Down duvets. Guest access Parc Koudenburg is a small park with bungalows & chalets. Cozy pub, snack bar, playground (bouncy castle and two trampolines). Washing machines, dryers & sauna available in the Bathhouse of Parc Koudenburg - information via reception Parc Koudenburg Other things to note Bed linen (fitted sheets & duvet covers & pillowcases) + kitchen linen (tea towels, kitchen towels and dish towels) are included together with the mandatory cleaning at €65. This is settled through Airbnb. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED! Pets and smoking are not allowed.
