Airbnb suite is the entire 2nd floor (275 sq ft) of an original Lindell A-Frame, queen size bed, private bath (shower) and sitting/work area, fridge/microwave/Keurig coffee/Wi-Fi. Stays over 28 days require proof of employment/travel nurse/rotation agreement. The proprietor lives in 1st floor and finished basement with 5 dogs & a cat (c photos). The Airbnb is pet free (unless approved), must be comfortable around pets. 1 mile from Highway 83 and OSS, 4-5 miles from WellSpan and downtown York. It is the entire second floor (275 sq ft) of an original A-Frame, with renovated private bathroom and hardwood floors, has skylight in bathroom, sitting area and small refrigerator/microwave and table/work station. The lot is 1 acre and less than a mile from Highway 83 (exit 14). Parking space available. Guests enter through the front door on the first floor and pass through living room (3 senior dogs and a cat) to the staircase leading to the 2nd floor Airbnb suite. Guests also can have shared use of the patio/deck on first floor. I work most evenings and weekends but am usually available in the morning if a guest needs any assistance, and can be reached by phone, text or email. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to most stores and restaurants, beautiful views of farms and an apple orchard nearby. Less than a mile from hiking trails. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores and the traffic is usually light. The city bus line stops about 1/2 mile away. I have a senior dog rescue with a senior Lhasapoo, Min-Pin and medium size mix breed and a cat who reside on the first floor and 2 sweet Labs (3 year) who reside in the finished basement/fenced playpen area. The seniors, labs and cat do not have access to the second floor Airbnb suite and the labs stay in the finished basement and fenced backyard. To ensure safety of all animals and guests, I cannot host guest’s pets unless specifically approved before booking. Please send text describing your pet before booking, if a game-plan to ensure safety of the animals and guests is agreed to (separation (if necessary), early warning when coming downstairs, etc) pets may be permitted in certain instances. I reserve the right to not allow unapproved pets to enter the Airbnb and cancel the guest’s reservation if deemed necessary for the safety of the animals and guests.
