380 m² house, 3 blocks from the main square. Groups of 3-4 or 5 people in a family room inside the house: PLEASE NOTE: The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. You will occupy (1) of the 4 bedrooms in the house Rooms: Capacity (3 to 5 people). It has (1) double bed + (3) 1.5-person beds. What's more, you'll enjoy all the common areas: 2 lounges, 2 balconies with mountain views, 3 bathrooms with hot water (outside the bedrooms and shared), a kitchen and a laundry room. The space The house is large and there are lots of places to enjoy, not just the bedrooms. 👉🏽The rooms are spacious and each person has their own bed, so you'll be comfortable. 👉🏽You can prepare your breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the house. 👉🏽We're just three blocks from the main square, and there are restaurants, shops and tourist agencies around the house. Guest access Leaving your room, which is private, you can enjoy the common areas: 👉🏽 2 rooms full of collectible antiques 👉🏽 3 bathrooms with hot water 👉🏽 2 balconies with mountain views 👉🏽 Fitted kitchen with the basics for making light meals (blender, griddle, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, all the crockery). PLEASE NOTE: We don't have a gas cooker. The local council doesn't allow us to provide one for safety reasons. 👉🏽 Laundry room and drying racks on the ground floor. During your stay You can call me on my mobile or knock on the door of room #9 on the second floor (the housekeeper lives there). There will be two of us here to look after you. 1. I'm María Jimena, your host. 2. Mrs Sheyla, the housekeeper. Other things to note Although the bathrooms are outside the rooms and are shared, we can assign you a bathroom for your exclusive use. This will depend on whether the house is not full. However, the house isn't usually full, so it's very likely that your family will have the house all to yourselves without any other group inside.
