Relaxed living in the city center

Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or anyone looking for a small but nice place to stay. The apartment is in the center of downtown. The apartment is on the top floor and therefore offers a good view of the castle tower. Opposite is a small ice cream parlor and various restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The train station is about 10-minute walk and the bus station about a 5-minute walk. Other things to note CITY TAX Dear guests, The city of Bad Belzig charges a visitor's tax at the following rate per day: €1.50 (guests 18 years and older) €0.75 (guests between 6-17 years old) Free (our little guests 0-5 years). The arrival and departure day count together as a full day. We are obliged to collect the visitor's tax in accordance with the statutes (on the collection of a visitor's tax in the thermal saltwater spa Bad Belzig) and accordingly also to issue a visitor's card. The spa card then also enables corresponding discounts such as for the thermal bath entrance. The fee will only be paid upon your arrival, as Airbnb does not offer a reasonable option for calculating the individual visitor's tax. We ask for your understanding. VOLUME The apartment is quiet in itself, especially at night. However, the central location in the small downtown area also brings with it a busy traffic during the day. Cars are only allowed to drive 30 km/h in the city center, but the pavement increases the noise level of passing cars. If you are quickly awakened in the early morning hours, you should bring earplugs just in case. We do not find this disturbing, but we are aware that everyone has a different perception of noise.
