The perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage. Great area to enjoy birding, fishing, local wineries, the beach or conservation areas. Close to Point Pelee National Park. Approximately 10 minutes away from Leamington. Enjoy beautiful sunrise views or a cozy fire by the lake. Local beach is a short 700m walk away. Boat launch 2km away. Our cozy lake house has an open concept main living areas and a space for you to work with relaxing lake views and an extra queen bed. The space Main living area is open concept so you can visit and enjoy the lake views even when you're preparing dinner. Outdoor fire pit right by the water so you an enjoy a wonderful evening outdoors. If it’s and indoor kind of night we have plenty of games for you to enjoy. On-site laundry so you don’t have to worry about packing too light. Adjustable weights available for use (one set, adjustable from 5 lbs. to 52.5 lbs.) if you want to sneak a workout or two in while you're here. Space to workout in the living room or office space. Guest access Guests have access to the full cottage and property. Other things to note Depending on when you come and enjoy our little slice of heaven, there can be some big friends who welcome you. We have discovered this is part of lake life! :) Midges typically visit from the last few weeks of May to mid-June, but this varies depending on the weather. We see more of them when there are rainy or damp conditions. The 3rd bedroom does not have central heat or AC and has a glass wall/patio door separating it from the living room. There are full-length curtains to add privacy from the main living area.
