Double room with own dedicated bathroom.

This is a spacious, quiet, clean and stylish double room, with a small double bed, at the back of the house for one or two people. The room has a chair, desk/dressing table along with tea and coffee making facilities. You will also have sole use of your own dedicated bathroom next to the room. You can park right outside the house in private parking bay. It's a quiet, smoke and pet free home, so it's a space you can simply relax in. The space The room you are staying is in a lovely detached house which is set back off the road in its own little cul-de-sac. I have two allocated parking spaces for my house. This two car bay is right outside, so please don't park in the middle or the end bay as they are for my neighbours! Coalpit Heath is highly accessible, located just minutes from the M32 and M4 motorway. It is located approximately 3-4 miles from the M4/M5 interchange, placing it in a convenient position for commuters to Bristol. We are situated close to the Science Park, NHS Treatment Centre, and not far from the MOD at Abbeywood and Airbus. The nearest train station is Yate Station which is just a 6 minute drive away or Parkway which is about 15 minutes. Just 9 miles up the road, 20 minute drive, you also have the stunning Badminton Estate. Each year it welcomes thousands of visitors to enjoy an exciting programme of events, including the world famous international Badminton Horse Trials. New to 2026 it is now hosting the RHS Badminton Flower Show. Guest access The listing is for room only but I am happy for you to use the fridge or microwave in the kitchen. Tea and coffee is available in your room. Therefore, pkease note that the tea and coffee jars in kitchen are for my personal use only. During your stay If you need anything during your stay please feel free to ask. I am always here to help. Other things to note Please note check in is from 5pm but strictly no later than 9pm. I would be grateful if you could give me an approximate time of arrival to ensure I am here! Thank you. I am also not able to accomodate night shift workers unfortunately. There is a lovely pub, The Badminton, about a three minute walk, up the road, where they do very good and reasonably priced food. There is also a handy Sainsburys local shop next to the pub.
