Small house near nature and Göteborg

Welcome to my private property in Lindome, Sweden. It is located in a little village next to the vast Sandsjöbacka nature reserve. Walking distance, 400 m to the lake with excellent bading water. About 15 km to Göteborg central station. By car 15 mins, also bus and train connections. The house has size about 70 sqm in both floors altogether. This house is suitable for multiple purposes: business, holiday and long term rental. I do my best to make sure you enjoy staying at my place. There are frequently observations in the garden and surroundings of animals like deer, moose and many different types of birds. Walking distance, 400 m to the lake with excellent bading water. About 15 km to Göteborg central station, 15 minutes freeway by car and there are also train and bus connections. There are two floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower/bathtub. Beds for 6 people: Washing machine and drier. There are extra sheets and towels in the closet which you are welcome to use if you need. I have floor heating in the klinkers in the entrance hall, kitchen and bathrooms in top of central heating. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guest access Access to the house and large garden including small forest behind the house. Public bading area by the lake 400 m away. Other things to note There are occasionally wild animals passing the garden. The most common are the deer Capreolus capreolus, which is called Rådjur in swedish. The next common is the moose that often looks for new branches to eat in the small forest behind the house. There has been a moose female living in this area several years with a new calf every or every other year. There are also other female moose and male with a crown passing by the area regularly. The most likely time to see the moose is in the autumn, September-October since they really like apples and come to the village to taste the new apples even before those are ready and sweet yet. An other reason is that this is the moose mating time and they move a lot during this time looking for spouse. There are also several other animals like badget, ferret, squerls, owls and many other birds. Since the lake is nearby, there are toes and frogs on the road, especially in the spring and early summer.
