Charming apartment in the ski and hiking area

Hello dear guests, please read my listing here to the end before booking, so that I know what to expect from you in the beautiful Bregenzerwald before you arrive. For nature lovers, hikers, winter sports enthusiasts, climbers, paragliders or simply people who seek relaxation in nature, the Bregenz Forest is an ideal destination. The space We offer you a small cozy apartment at low prices in this region, from which you can easily explore the entire area. Hiking on the Kanisfluh? An unforgettable sunset over Lake Constance? Swimming at the idyllic Bregenz Ach? Welcome! My approximately 40 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of my residential building, which I live in myself and has a separate and completely independent access with key box (flexible check-in) Public transport is a minute's walk away, hikes start right at your doorstep or are a few minutes' drive away, and restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores are also very close. The slopes of the Bödele ski resort are right at your doorstep. After an eventful day of skiing on the Bödele, you can take the beautiful ski slope right to your doorstep. The bus stop to the large ski and hiking areas Mellau/Damüls, Warth/Lech etc. is 40 meters from the front door. Mellau can be reached in 10 minutes by car, Warth/Lech in about 40 minutes. The apartment consists of two rooms (bedroom and kitchen) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The first room, which you enter through an entrance through the garage (free use for you - table tennis table, parking car, etc.), has a brand new kitchen (oven, stove, fridge/freezer, kettle, sink, work surface as well as cutlery, pots, etc.) as well as a dining table with chairs. The main room - the bedroom - has a large window and is sunlit in the morning to afternoon in fine weather. The view falls into our fruit and vegetable garden and in the background you can see the Kanisfluh and the mountains. Here you have a comfortable bed (140 x 200 cm), sufficient blankets and pillows, a wardrobe and a small couch, which can be pulled apart and used as an additional mattress (120 x 190 cm) - also ideal for children. The bathroom is small but nice, has everything you could ever need :-) Shampoo, soap, towels are of course provided for you, as well as a hairdryer. There are sleeping options in an "emergency" for up to 4 adults, but this is already very tight, optimally 2 people (plus possibly 2 children). Please note - we are the cheapest (!!!) accommodation in the otherwise very expensive holiday region of Bregenzerwald - therefore we of course do not offer great luxury. However, I would like to give people with a smaller travel budget or young travelers the opportunity to vacation directly in our beautiful holiday region and have therefore decided to offer my small apartment. If you would like much more luxury than the view of the mountains during your vacation or expect a very high standard of living, please rent a vacation apartment in the corresponding price range to avoid dissatisfaction. I completely renovated and built everything in the apartment myself, YouTube makes it possible, you can see that in places of course & gives the apartment its certain charm, it is not perfect, but from every single bathroom tile to all the pictures on the wall I made everything myself with joy & love :-)

In summer, there is a small seating terrace between the apple trees at your doorstep. Other things to note The house is located on a street, which is especially popular with some motorcycle vacationers on weekends in good weather. We are just in the vacation area, so it can sometimes be loud on the terrace. At night, however, there is no traffic at all. The apartment itself is very well protected from noise, you don't hear anything, only if you sit outside on the terrace.
