Your booking fee includes the visitor's tax. If you're traveling on business, contact me and I'll send a host offer, as you won't have to pay a visitor's tax. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. (original staircase to the top) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment plastered with clay and straw. Do you feel like this special experience? We look forward to your booking. The space An extra bed is possible by arrangement and for an extra charge. Linens and towels are included in the price. We wash them with filtered rainwater for you and dry them in the good garden air. The overnight fee includes the guest card for Rostock (e.g. for free travel by public transport). Guest access A grill and bicycles can be provided on request. Use of washing machine and dryer is possible by arrangement with a small surcharge. Other things to note There is a baker (also open on Sundays) and butcher just around the corner :)) The apartment is suitable for children under 2 and people with physical limitations. (Swing door, stairs = original narrow staircase from 1937)
