Perfect for remote work and extended stays, as it features a dedicated workspace and a powerful, stable 1000MB fiber optic internet connection. For extended stays (10 nights or more), cleaning of the apartment, as well as a change of sheets and towels, is MANDATORY. This cleaning is free of charge. The number of cleaning services will increase depending on the length of the guest's stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a 5-burner stove with a double oven, a microwave, a blender, a rice cooker, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is for the exclusive use of the accommodation but is located in a transit area through which only the owner passes to clean the accommodations located in the building. The kitchen has a laundry area that is NOT PART OF THE ACCOMMODATION and is for the exclusive use of the owner. We offer laundry service, and there are also several laundromats a couple of blocks from our accommodation. Access is completely independent and private (you will receive your keys and control your check-in/check-out time).
